酒店早餐後，驅車前往【布達拉宮】始建於西元7世紀初期、一座宮堡式建築、世界文化遺產、國務院第一批全國重點文物保護單位、藏漢和美的見證。前往布達拉宮廣場拍攝全景、前往【藥王山觀景臺】與人民幣50元取景地合影。

中餐後，驅車前往【大昭寺】始建於西元647年、一座藏傳佛教寺院、供奉佛祖釋迦牟尼12歲等身金像。City Walk穿梭在千年古轉經道的【八廓街】，品一杯【倉姑寺甜茶】，與千裏之外三步一叩來此的信徒並肩同行，見眾生相，看人間煙火。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to the Potala Palace, a palace style building built in the early 7th century, a world cultural heritage site, one of the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units under the State Council, and a witness to the harmony between Tibet, China, and the United States. Go to the Potala Palace Square to shoot a panoramic view, and take a group photo with the 50 yuan scenic spot at the Medical hill.

After lunch, you will drive to the Jokhang Temple, a Tibetan Buddhist temple built in 647 AD, which houses golden statues of Buddha Shakyamuni at the age of 12. City Walk shuttles through the ancient path of turning scriptures on Barkhor Street, sipping a cup of sweet tea from Nunnery, and walking side by side with believers who kowtow every three steps from a thousand miles away, appreciating the sentient beings and man's world.

後驅車沿拉林高速經米拉山隧道前往西藏江南-林芝，一路尼洋河風光相伴前行……

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Gandan Monastery, located in Wangpol Mountain at an altitude of 3800 meters. It is the ancestral temple of the Gelukba Sect and is known as the "Three Great Temples" of Lhasa along with Drepung Monastery and Sera Monastery. It is also one of the Six Great Temples of the Gelukba Sect.

Then drive along the Lalin Expressway through the Mila  Tunnel to  Tibet's Jiangnan-Nyingchi, accompanied by the Niyang River scenery

酒店早餐後，驅車沿318國道前往，途徑【色季拉山口】遠觀南迦巴瓦的最佳觀景臺，天氣好，可觀九峰全景。

遊覽【魯朗林海】雲霧、林海、田疇、牧場、流水、人家、牛羊……頗具林區特色的木籬笆、木板屋、木頭橋及農牧 民的村寨星羅棋佈、錯落有致，勾畫了一幅恬靜、優美的“山居圖”。

中餐後，沿318國道抵達【嘎朗湖】位於如納村和嘎朗村，湖面面積15000多平方米。青山環繞，古樹參天，自然風光優美，民居建築風格獨特。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the 318 National Highway and pass through the Sejila Pass, where you can enjoy the best observation deck of Namjagbarwa from afar. The weather is superb and you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nine peaks.

Touring the Lulang Forest: Clouds, forests, fields, pastures, flowing water, homes, cattle and sheep... The unique wooden fences, wooden houses, wooden bridges, and villages of farmers and herdsmen are scattered and well arranged, creating a peaceful and beautiful "mountain dwelling".

After Chinese cuisine, you will follow National Highway 318 to reach Galang Lake, located in Runa Village and Galang Village, with a lake surface area of over 15000 square meters. 中餐後，環遊【然烏湖】藏東第一大湖，是地質運動活躍形成的堰塞湖，湖面色彩豐富，草地、森林、秋葉以及白色的水禽和湖岸淺灘五顏六色的卵石，清新如鏡面反映。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive to Midui Glacier the most important marine glacier in Tibet, and also the glacier with the lowest altitude in China. The main peak is 6800 meters above sea level. It is as clean as jade, with beautiful scenery, various shapes and fascinating beauty.

After lunch, you will take a tour of RAKWATSO LAKE, the largest lake in eastern Tibet. It is a barrier lake formed by active geological movements, with rich colors on the lake surface. Grasslands, forests, autumn leaves, white waterfowl, and colorful pebbles on the shallow shore of the lake are as fresh as a mirror reflection.

途中遊覽【巴松措】世界級戶外天堂、國家AAAAA級景區、國家森林公園，又名措高湖，藏語中是"綠色的水"的意思，是紅教寧瑪派的一處著名神湖和聖地。景區集雪山、湖泊、森林、瀑布牧場、文物古跡、名勝古刹為一體，景色殊異，四時不同，名類野生珍稀植物彙集，實為人間天堂，有“小瑞士”美譽。

抵達拉薩後，拜訪非遺傳承，體驗【手工制作文化体验】唐卡/藏香/藏文/雕刻等非遺專案（根據自己的興趣選擇一種體驗）。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will depart from Nyingchi along National Highway 318 and return to Lhasa

On the way, you will visit DRAKSUM TSO, a world-class outdoor paradise, a national AAAAA scenic spot, and a national forest park. Also known as Cuogao Lake, it means "green water" in Tibetan and is a famous sacred lake and holy site of the Ningma sect of the Red sect of Lamaism. The scenic area integrates snow capped mountains, lakes, forests, waterfalls and pastures, cultural relics and historical sites, and famous ancient temples. The scenery is diverse and the four seasons are different. Famous wild and rare plants gather, making it a paradise on earth and known as the "Little Switzerland".

After arriving Lhasa,we will visit the "non-left" heritage and Handmade culture experience, Tangka/Tibetan Incense/Tibetan Language/Carving and other intangible cultural heritage projects (choose according to your own interests).

酒店早餐後，驅車雅葉高速、曲水縣、翻越4998米的【崗出拉山口】前往【羊卓雍措】，簡稱羊湖，與當雄納木措、阿裏瑪旁雍措合稱西藏三大聖湖，藏語中又被稱為"上面的珊瑚湖"。是喜馬拉雅山北麓最大的內陸湖泊，湖光山色之美，冠絕藏南。湖面積675平方千米，湖面海拔4,441米。

午餐後，驅車沿聖湖邊，近距離接觸湖水，前往【卡若拉冰川】年楚河東部源頭，西藏三大大陸型冰川之一。

羊湖海拔高溫度低，請注意保暖。崗巴拉山口和羊湖湖邊有部分老百姓的犛牛供遊客拍照的，請一定談好拍照費用，避免發生口角衝突。湖邊親水時請注意安全。

晚間觀看《文成公主》晚會，以拉薩自然山水為背景，講述了1300多年前唐朝文成公主與吐蕃藏王松贊幹布和親的歷史故事。全劇分為五幕，時長約90分鐘，演出人員共計800餘名。

After breakfast in the hotel, you will drive Expressway, over the 4998 meter Kambala Pass to Yamdrok Lake, which is  referred to as "Yang Lake ", together with Namtso in Dangxiong and Lake Manasarovar, is known as three holy lakes in Tibet. In Tibetan, it is also known as "The Turquoise Lake Above". It is the largest inland lake at the northern foothills of the Himalayas, with beautiful lake and mountain scenery, unparalleled in southern Tibet. The lake covers an area of 675 square kilometers and has an elevation of 4441 meters.

After lunch, you will go along the Lakeside Ring Road to the eastern source of the Chu River in the Karula Glacier, one of the three continental glaciers in Tibet.

In the evening, you will watch the "Princess Wencheng Live Drama" , which was set against the natural landscape of Lhasa and told the historical story of Princess Wencheng's marriage with the Tibetan king Songtsen Gampo over 1300 years ago during the Tang Dynasty. The whole drama is divided into five acts, with a duration of about 90 minutes, and a total of over 800 performers.

中餐後，抵達【納木措·紮西半島】中國第三大的鹹水湖，湖面海拔4718米，"納木錯"為藏語，蒙古語名稱為"騰格里海"，都具"天湖"之意。也是西藏的"三大聖湖"之一。 為著名的佛教聖地之一。

返程時在5190米處【那根拉山口】遠觀納木措留念，頒發本次喜馬拉雅高海拔挑戰證書。

After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive along the Beijing Tibet Expressway to the observation deck of Nyenchen Tanglha. Legend has it that it and Namtso were once a loving couple.

After lunch, you will arrive at the third largest saltwater lake in China, the Namtso·Tashi island, with an elevation of 4718 meters. The name "Namtso" is in Tibetan and "Tengri Sea" is in Mongolian, both of which mean "Sky Lake". It is also one of the "Three Holy Lakes" in Tibet. One of the famous Buddhist holy sites.

On the return journey, you will observe Namtso from a distance of 5190 meters at the Laganla Pass and awarded the certificate of the Himalayan High Altitude Challenge.
